• October 7, 2026: Guides were reviewed against published guidance and updated where needed.
• October 7, 2026: Added three printable and tickable tools: a cycle and symptom diary, a questions-for-your-clinician checklist and a pregnancy appointment checklist. None of them diagnoses, scores or predicts anything.
